What we collect from this website
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you’re asking about, any preferred appointment date and time, and your appointment city.
Please don’t include sensitive medical, legal, or identity documents in a website form or email.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, coordinate services with our AABB-accredited laboratory partner, and handle payment. We do not sell your information.
DNA and fingerprint information
DNA samples and fingerprint records are collected only at an appointment, with your consent, and are handled confidentially under our service agreements. Your identity is verified at collection so results can be properly documented.
Our laboratory partner
TruVera Diagnostics is partnered with an AABB accredited laboratory for DNA analysis and coordination. The laboratory partner may have separate privacy practices that apply to the samples and information it receives; we can help you understand which records are shared when you schedule.
