Our role

TruVera Diagnostics provides sample collection and service coordination only. TruVera Diagnostics is partnered with an AABB accredited laboratory; DNA analysis is performed by our AABB-accredited laboratory partner.

No guarantee of acceptance

Court and agency requirements vary. We do not guarantee that a court, agency, employer, or other organization will accept test results, fingerprint cards, or documents. Confirm requirements with the requesting organization before scheduling.

Turnaround times are estimates

DNA results, fingerprint processing, and expedited channeler timelines are estimates, not promises. Receiving agencies and laboratories control their own processing times, which are outside TruVera’s control.

Scheduling and cancellations

Appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the $50 scheduling deposit, which is applied toward the test price when your appointment is completed as scheduled.

Fingerprinting

Fingerprint capture is a collection service only. It does not include background check processing. Processing and results are handled by the receiving agency or channeler, and their timelines are outside TruVera’s control.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation first before either party files a lawsuit.
